Outro Health is the first digital health company that helps people get off of medications We’re starting by building the first off-ramp for the 50M Americans on antidepressants.
Our flagship program, Taper Management, is an antidepressant tapering service based on hyperbolic tapering, the first neurobiology-based method for stopping psychiatric medications. This method was developed by our co-founder, Dr. Mark Horowitz.
Taper Management combines hyperbolic tapering, compounded dosages, and continuous withdrawal monitoring with expert clinician oversight. The result is a safe, adaptive pathway off antidepressants that minimizes withdrawal, prevents relapse, and reduces disruption to daily life.

We're looking for a content-led Head of Marketing to build the foundation of our marketing function. This is a rare opportunity to define a new category in healthcare—one that millions of people are already searching for, but that no brand has yet owned.
You'll be the architect and engine behind our content strategy: building a high-output production system across video, social, SEO, and editorial, while developing the brand voice and narrative that makes it all coherent. You'll report directly to the founder and work closely with our clinical team to turn their expertise into content that educates, builds trust, and drives growth.
